If for any reason you don’t want to buy a property that we present to you, we will source an alternative.
We will manage the purchase phase of your property through to its completion.
We have a team of external mortgage brokers and solicitors for you to use should you need them. If you already have a preferred broker or solicitor, we’ll liaise with them when needed, as well as the vendor.
