We use various strategies to source our clients’ investments, including direct to vendor and estate agent relationships. 

Our Investment Opportunity pack will include the purchase price, property location, return on investment forecasts, and reasons why the property is a strong investment. We will also conduct viewings of the property with you in person or virtually.

If for any reason you don’t want to buy a property that we present to you, we will source an alternative.

We will manage the purchase phase of your property through to its completion.

We have a team of external mortgage brokers and solicitors for you to use should you need them. If you already have a preferred broker or solicitor, we’ll liaise with them when needed, as well as the vendor.
